For Trafikkontoret's annual summer party, BANG Agency transformed a traditional staff gathering into an experience designed to celebrate people, strengthen relationships and create lasting memories for more than 350 employees. From concept development and project management to production, logistics and on-site execution, we orchestrated every part of the evening. Hosted at K-märkt, sustainability became part of the creative concept through handcrafted oversized paper flowers replacing traditional floral décor, while exceptional food, live music and carefully curated entertainment set the tone throughout the night. The evening ended with a Silent Disco – introduced as a creative alternative to the traditional dance floor. It quickly became the highlight of the event, generating record-breaking participation and turning colleagues into dance partners. The result? An employee satisfaction score of 4.6 out of 5, outstanding attendance and an internal event that proved thoughtful creativity can make company culture something people don't just talk about – they experience.
