How do you create a conference that 1,500 people travel across the country to attend?

For the fourth consecutive year, BANG Agency partnered with the Swedish Association of School Nurses to develop and deliver Sweden's largest conference for school nurses – a meeting place designed to inspire, educate and strengthen an entire profession. Under the theme Making the Invisible Visible, we built a two-day experience that brought together school nurses, researchers, experts, partners and young voices around one of society's most important topics: the health and wellbeing of children and young people. From programme development and participant experience to production, logistics and stakeholder management, BANG led every aspect of the event. The result was a seamless congress featuring 1,500 attendees, 140 exhibitors and partners, a packed programme and countless opportunities for learning, networking and collaboration. The congress sold out months in advance and attracted a waiting list of several hundred people. More importantly, it strengthened its position as Sweden's leading meeting place for school nurses – giving participants new perspectives, practical tools and renewed energy to take back into their everyday work.
