How do you turn Earth observation data into real-world action?

That was the mission behind SWEO 2025 – Sweden’s leading meeting place for collaboration and innovation in Earth observation, organised by the Swedish National Space Agency (Rymsstyrelsen.) Bringing together researchers, government agencies, businesses and innovators, the conference explored how Earth observation data can help tackle societal challenges, drive innovation and create practical solutions within areas such as climate, urban development, agriculture and AI. BANG Agency led the project from concept and programme design to production, logistics and participant experience. Across two days, 250 attendees and 45 speakers – including astronaut Marcus Wandt, Anna Öhrwall Rönnbäck and Johan Kuylenstierna – gathered to share knowledge, build connections and explore new opportunities for collaboration. The result? A seamless conference experience, valuable new partnerships and a 98% participant satisfaction rate.
