Big climate challenges require even bigger conversations.

Every year, Klimatevolution brings together businesses, researchers, organisations and public sector leaders to explore how collaboration can accelerate the transition towards a climate-positive Eskilstuna. For the 2025 edition, BANG Agency was responsible for the entire event experience – from logistics and participant management to production and on-site execution. Hosted at Mälardalen University, the half-day conference combined inspiring keynote speakers with networking sessions designed to turn ideas into new partnerships and practical action. To strengthen the event's sustainability profile, we also developed reusable signage for the conference's five focus areas, creating a solution that could be used long after the event itself. The result was a seamless conference welcoming around 170 participants, bringing together people from across sectors to share knowledge, exchange ideas and build new collaborations. Because creating change starts with bringing the right people into the same room.
