Several times a year, BANG Agency partners with the City of Stockholm's Traffic Office to deliver organisation-wide employee gatherings that bring together around 450 colleagues under one roof. Our role goes far beyond production. From project management and logistics to technical direction, scenography and participant experience, we make sure every detail works seamlessly – allowing the organisation to focus on what matters most: connecting with its people. Hosted at Kulturhuset in Stockholm, each gathering combines business updates, inspiring speakers, panel discussions and networking in a format designed to inform, engage and strengthen company culture. Behind the scenes, BANG coordinates everything from stage production and visual content to audience flow, catering and on-site operations. The result is a recurring meeting platform that has become an important part of the organisation's internal communication – bringing people together, strengthening collaboration and proving that the most important audience is sometimes your own team.
