For the first time, Coop Östra set out to create a campaign that elevated the spirit of Christmas to a new level, offering a magical experience for all members with a core focus on families. Centered around the concept of "Your Coop", the campaign aimed to stand out in a competitive market while inviting customers into a warm, personal, and affordable Christmas world. Moreover, it should highlight the benefits of being a Coop member.
We introduced the Coop Elves: five distinctive characters (plus a few supporters who nap, climb, or simply cause mischief), each with their own ideas about what makes a truly great Christmas. Together, they created sustainable holiday magic in stores – a green Christmas filled with magical deals for all members. Additionally, five major Coop stores welcomed DJ Elf, who helped children create their own Christmas songs with the help of AI.
