In the spring of 2021 the commander-in-chief wanted to make the direction and goal of the Swedish Armed Forces clear. But they lacked a platform where management could communicate with the 40,000 employees and all the volunteers, in a modern and inclusive way.

We created Studio Armed Forces. It’s a new digital platform that produces a series of programs where the military leaders discuss current topics, with a focus on the Armed Forces' development and growth. Sharing views with the employees is an important part of modern active defence. We wanted to create pride and confidence in Sweden’s military capabilities, build trust in the management, increase knowledge, and of course create insight into what is required of everyone. The platform is designed to provide clarity and hopefully inspiration to drive progress together. We produce several programs a year, each with new topics and guests - making the Armed Forces more visible and bringing them closer to the employees.
