Every year, the Swedish Armed Forces honours Sweden's international veterans and their families during Veterans Day – one of the country's most important state ceremonies. For Veterans Day 2025, BANG Agency was entrusted with the overall production, delivering an experience worthy of the people it was created to honour. From infrastructure, logistics and accreditation to catering, security, stage production and livestreaming, every detail had to work flawlessly. Hosted at Gärdet in Stockholm, the ceremony welcomed 4,400 guests and culminated at the Restare Veterans Memorial. Under the 2025 theme Individual Contributions, the event paid tribute to veterans whose service had previously received limited public recognition, while also reaching audiences across Sweden through a professional live broadcast. The result was a seamless production that balanced operational precision with genuine emotion – creating a respectful, memorable experience for veterans, their families and the wider public.
